The short version
This website does not use cookies, ads or tracking pixels. We only receive what you choose to send us through the contact form or by email, and we use it only to reply to you.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, company (optional), the services you picked and your message.
- Server logs: our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry, discuss a possible project and keep a record of that conversation. We never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts this website.
- Resend delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces this site uses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to follow up, and deleted on request. Client project data is governed by the agreement we sign with each client.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete any information we hold about you. Write to hello@updraftlabs.studio and we'll respond within 30 days.
